Most suffering is not what happens.

It is the inner bracing that happens the moment something happens.

Today I want to give you a simple practice you can do in real time.

Step 1 Pause

One breath.

Step 2 Name the emotion lightly

Fear.

Anger.

Sadness.

Then stop labeling.

Step 3 Drop the story

No explanation.

No replay.

Step 4 Find the sensation

Chest, throat, belly, face.

Step 5 Allow it fully for sixty seconds

Let it be intense.

Relax your resistance around it.

Stay until it shifts.

Pain is sensation.

Suffering is sensation plus resistance plus story.

Remove resistance and the wave completes.

Try it today.

Then notice how much cleaner your next decision feels.
