Hey,
If you feel like you are doing a lot and still not feeling better, you are not failing.
Most of the time, the issue is not effort.
It is overload.
When the nervous system is carrying too much, everything becomes harder than it needs to be: sleep, focus, consistency, mood, even motivation.
This week, try one small reset that actually works:
Pick a fixed wake time for the next 7 days
Get outside within 10 minutes of waking, even if it is cloudy
Do 3 minutes of slow breathing before you touch your phone
Keep the first hour simple, no news, no scrolling, no decisions you do not need to make
Do that for 7 days and notice what changes.
If you want help implementing a full Calm Reset with structure and accountability, reply to this email with the word RESET and tell me what feels hardest right now: sleep, overthinking, energy, or consistency.
P.S. The goal is not to optimize your life. The goal is to make your body feel safe enough to move forward again.
